At Aapka Doodhwala, we make Bilona Ghee following ancient methods passed down through generations. We begin by turning fresh A2 milk into curd which is then hand-churned in clay pots (mitti ka bartan). This precise technique ensures that the essence of the milk is maintained. The curd is then gently cooked to separate the pure butterfat, which is then clarified to make our rich and aromatic Buffalo Bilona Ghee.
