We begin by turning fresh cow's milk into curd which is then hand-churned in clay pots (mitti ka bartan). This precise technique ensures that the essence of the milk is maintained. The curd is then gently cooked to separate the pure butterfat, which is then clarified to make our rich and aromatic Bilona Ghee.
